Master Your Metabolism By: Jillian Michaels

I been on a quest to learn to eat better and live healthier lately. The way I usually do this is to find a few experts in the field of diet and nutrition and pick up a couple of books to do my research. I ordered 3 books from my favorite place to shop for books online Amazon.com. I ended up getting Master Your Metabolism: The 3 Diet Secrets to Naturally Balancing Your Hormones for a Hot and Healthy Body! By: Jillian Michaels,  The Rosedale Diet By: Ron Rosedale, M.D. and The Sugar Fix: The High-Fructose Fallout That Is Making You Fat and Sick By: Richard J. Johnson, M.D. All of these books cover the importance of diet and nutrition to live a healthy life.

Although these books were great reads with lots of valuable information in them. I am going to focus on Master Your Metabolism: The 3 Diet Secrets to Naturally Balancing Your Hormones for a Hot and Healthy Body! because I think it is probably the easiest diet for everyone to blend into their lives.

Until I picked up this book I only knew Jillian Michaels as the hard nose trainer on The Biggest Loser television show. But after reading her book I have a whole new respect for her and have gained a lot of valuable information from what she talks about in her book.

Master Your Metabolism isn’t just a book about what to eat to stay thin or just another diet book. It is a book that will help you get your body back into balance. Something that you may have lost over the years through yo-yo dieting, starving your self or any other fad diet that has been introduced to the public over the past few years that may have done more harm to you than good.

This book is really about getting your hormones back into check through proper diet and nutrition. There is really way too much to explain in this short article. But I will say that Jillian covers it all. She explains what hormones you need to keep in check and how you can do this by following a simple diet. There is a wealth of information found in this book and it really makes you look at diet in a whole new way.

If you really want to live a healthy lifestyle I would suggest that you pick up Master Your Metabolism: The 3 Diet Secrets to Naturally Balancing Your Hormones for a Hot and Healthy Body!. It will make you look at diet in a whole new way. I would also suggest that you also pick up The Master Your Metabolism Cookbook and The Master Your Metabolism Calorie Counter to while you are at it. I own all three and there is a  wealth of information that I have gained reading them and have seen fast results from implementing what I learned and I’m sure you will too.
