I would say that this is the one that most people have trouble with. We live in a society today that has lead us to living a life style that consist of little or no exercise. Most of the time the only exercise people get is walking from their house to their cars and that is pretty sad. If you want to lose weight and keep it off you are going to have to move. Not only will this help you with your weight loss but we need to exercise just to maintain a healthy strong body. Just start off slow at first by taking walks. Just get your body moving and in the end you will feel much better about yourself and have allot more energy. Then slowly increase the intensity of your workouts with running, biking and some weight training.

Can I eat what I want and still lose weight

If you don’t do anything else you should do this. Watch what you are eating. This is probably the simplest way to lose a bit of weight if you are consistent in watching what you are eating. I personally have a rule that I don’t eat anything that comes in a box or that is processed and it’s been working fine for me. There are so many misconceptions about what is good for you and what is not it is important that you really educate yourself on what is healthy and what is not. I personally eat a diet with fruit, vegetables and some meats. I keep the fat content down and no sugar. Sugar has a dramatic effect on the body more than most people think and it is used in almost everything we eat. Eating a good healthy diet is easy to do and you don’t have to deprive yourself or starve yourself to lose weight all you have to do is watch what you are eating.

Those are just some things to keep in mind if are thinking about losing some weight. Always remember nothing you really want in life comes easy you are going to have to work for it and that includes weight loss.
